Brown Convention Center for year three, September 19 through 22; more on this story online in the days to come. We never miss Opening Night %26mdash; proceeds benefit Houston Arts Alliance%26rsquo;s highly effective Business Volunteers for the Arts. (In fact, one of BVA%26rsquo;s mentorships is realized in the board leadership of Nestor Topchy%26rsquo;s Hive, pages 38 through 41). Also kudos to HFAF for its connection with the local %26mdash;%26nbsp;another reason to be there for the bestowing of awards upon artist Robert Pruitt (check out his work at Hooks-Epstein Galleries booth) and the photo world%26rsquo;s most connected couple, FotoFest%26rsquo;s Wendy Watriss and Fred Baldwin.
